Main Responsibilities:
  • Triage diverse calls and provide accurate assessments.
  • Offer non-clinical guidance using the NHS Pathways System.

Working Hours:

We value flexibility – we are currently offering part-time shifts of 24 hours per week where you have a choice of Mornings (07:00-13:00) on various weekdays, including some weekend shifts, and Afternoons/Evenings (15:00-21:00 on various evenings), and including some weekend hours of 18:00-00:00.
