Health Care Support Specialist

This role presents an opportunity to have a direct and meaningful impact on people's lives. You will be part of a vibrant team working in our 111-contact centre, providing critical assistance and guidance through the NHS Pathways System.

You will receive comprehensive training to equip you with the skills necessary to become a qualified Health Advisor. Your primary responsibility will be to triage various calls, conduct accurate assessments, and offer non-clinical advice to those in need.

To succeed in this position, you must possess exceptional calmness under pressure, empathy, and a genuine passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

About the Role
  • This is a part-time role, with shifts of 24 hours per week. You will have flexibility in choosing between morning (07:00-13:00) and afternoon/evening (15:00-21:00) shifts, including some weekend hours.

The ideal candidate should be able to work well in a fast-paced environment, communicate effectively as part of a team, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional patient outcomes.
