NHS 111 Health Advisor Role Overview
">Train as a qualified Health Advisor and work in our vibrant contact centre. If you're calm under pressure, empathetic, and passionate about providing vital care and support, we want to hear from you.
">- As a Health Advisor, you will be at the forefront of helping people in need, guiding them through critical decisions with care and professionalism.
- You will triage a variety of calls, provide accurate assessments, and offer non-clinical advice using the NHS Pathways System.
We understand the importance of flexibility – we are currently offering part-time shifts where you have a choice of mornings on various weekdays, including some weekend shifts, and afternoons/evenings on various evenings.
">This role cannot be worked remotely, and you must be able to attend shifts in our contact centre.
">We offer extensive training to equip you with the skills to become a qualified Health Advisor and learn the advanced NHS 111 triage tool.
">Schedule: Part-Time Tues, Weds, Thurs (6pm-9:30pm) and Sat-Sun (9am-5pm) for 6 weeks.
">Our current training date availability is a Part-Time Course starting on October 11th; Full-Time Course starting on October 20th.
