Reporting to the General Manager Technical Support - Mining, you will be supported to build your knowledge and become a valued advisor in the delivery of support for Mining products.

**Here's a glimpse into your day-to-day tasks**:

- **Technical Expertise**:Leverage your knowledge to provide expert support, troubleshoot faults, and deliver solutions for reliability and performance issues.
- **Data & Analysis**:Practice effective documentation, monitoring, and analysis, particular focus on equipment modifications, reliability, and availability.
- **Customer Relations**: Build long-lasting relationships with clients, providing them with relevant training and insights on technical matters.
- **Knowledge Sharer**: Mentor and coach on-site technicians, fostering a team environment of continuous learning.

**What we look for in our specialists?**:

- Proven customer-facing experience in a field environment.
- A tertiary qualification in electrical, mechanical, computing, communication systems, or relevant trade experience with exceptional skills.
- A keen mind for critical thinking, data interpretation, and root cause analysis.
- A passion for keeping up with new and emerging technologies.
- The ability to take decisive action and deliver solutions swiftly.
- Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between technical knowledge and clear client interaction.
- A valid driver's license and relevant industry experience are a plus.
