Training & Compliance Associate

Full-time Position
- Operational Learning and Development within our Transperth contract
- Location: East Perth

**About the role**

As the training and compliance associate you create and facilitate our client and Serco training for all frontline staff. This role also involves the responsibility of maintaining the ISO 9001 certification by coordinating all activities for the leadership team to be completed. You will be key to providing the highest level of customer service to the public. This will include but not be limited to information regarding public transport services (ferry, train & bus), ticketing & general information.

You will work with key stakeholders, directly report to the Contract Manager and liaise with leadership to identify training needs for our Team. With a customer focus yourself, you will also ensure continuous improvement in our contract delivery and customer service performance.

As the training and compliance associate with Transperth contract, you will motivate, lead and develop content training programs to successfully deliver excellent customer service. You're a customer focussed professional who is committed to supporting the public of Perth by ensuring our staff provide up to date information and advice regarding all things related to the Transperth. You will proactively improve training programs by utilising technology and/or adult learning principles and you will take pride in the delivery of excellent customer service and training facilitation. You're a respectful and engaging professional person who demonstrates exceptional values in everything you do.

To be successful in this role you will have:_**
- The highest levels of personal integrity and ethical behaviour.
- Contact centre experience in a service or sales environment
- Demonstrated organisational and time management skills.
- The ability to show initiative and develop training content and resources.
- Embed technology into training and content delivery in an engaging capacity.
- Be computer literate - Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Teams)
- The ability to build relationships, establish personal credibility and support the site to provide high quality and efficient customer service.
- A high-level ability to utilise and to quickly adapt to new technology with ease.
- Display flexibility, pragmatism and creative problem-solving skills.
- Display motivation and determination whilst maintaining a professional, positive and can-do attitude
- Well-developed problem solving, organisational and analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills
- Certificate of assessment and workplace training or demonstrated equivalent experience in a relevant field (desirable but not essential)
- National Police Clearance (essential)
