Training and Compliance Administrator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Training and Compliance Coordinator to oversee compliance requirements and coordinate training delivery.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, with strong knowledge of regulatory and accreditation requirements in the training industry.
This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about ensuring high standards of training delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify training needs and requirements of individuals and organisations
- Set human resource development objectives and evaluate learning outcomes
- Prepare and develop instructional training material and aids
- Design, coordinate, schedule and conduct training programs
- Liaise with external training providers
- Promote internal and external training and development
- Monitor and evaluate training quality and effectiveness
- Advise management on staff development and placement
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements
- Previous experience in training coordination and compliance
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of regulatory and accreditation requirements
