About our Milton Centre:
Edge Early Learning Milton provides quality childcare, kindergarten and educational programs for children 6 weeks to school age. The custom-designed long daycare centre features 3 levels of modern learning spaces filled with state-of-the-art resources and spacious outdoor play areas equipped with veggie gardens, sandpits, water-play stations and more Our sheltered indoor/outdoor environment ensures outdoor play and communal mealtimes are never impacted by the weather.

Are you our next Edge Childcare Centre Coordinator?
As the Childcare Centre Coordinator at our Milton centre, you will be an important member of the Centre Leadership Team and will be provided with the opportunity to support and learn from the Centre Director. This role will be the succession for a Centre Director position and therefore will open up future leadership opportunities for you. The role allows 2 hours of non-contact time per week.

As a Childcare Centre Coordinator, you will:

- Have an ability to work collaboratively with fellow Educators to develop and implement inspirational educational programs,
- Support the centre to comply with relevant government standards and requirements,
- Document, children's learning and development, and assist with maintaining centre records and accounts,
- Create a friendly, secure, and stimulating interactive learning environment,
- Develop trusting and honest relationships with children, families, colleagues, management and community stakeholders,
- Liaise with families about children's learning and development,
- Ensure the centre is a safe environment for children and staff, as well as maintaining compliance of the EYLF and NQS,
- Have full availability Monday to Friday.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Previous experience in a leadership role is desirable,
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or actively 'studying towards',
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificate or willingness to obtain,
- Current Child Protection Training Certificate or willingness to obtain,
- Current Blue Card.
