Early Childhood Education Professional

We are seeking an experienced Childcare Centre Coordinator to join our team at a state-of-the-art childcare centre in Milton. As a key member of the Centre Leadership Team, you will support and learn from the Centre Director, with opportunities for future leadership development.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing engaging educational programs collaboratively with fellow Educators,
  • Ensuring the centre complies with government standards and requirements,
  • Documenting children's learning and development, and maintaining centre records and accounts,
  • Creating a safe, interactive, and stimulating learning environment,
  • Building trusting relationships with children, families, colleagues, and community stakeholders,
  • Liaising with families about children's progress,
  • Maintaining a safe environment for children and staff, ensuring compliance with the EYLF and NQS.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a leadership role is desirable,

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or actively 'studying towards',

- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificate or willingness to obtain,

- Current Child Protection Training Certificate or willingness to obtain,

- Current Blue Card.
