We are a well-established childcare service seeking a passionate and experienced **Centre Director** to lead our dedicated team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and a commitment to providing high-quality early childhood education.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **2 years of experience** in a Centre Director or similar leadership role in early childhood education
- Current **Working with Children Check**:

- **First Aid Certificate**, including CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis training
- **Child Protection Certificate** (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the childcare centre
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
- Lead and support educators to provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
- Build strong relationships with families, staff, and the wider community
- Manage enrolments, staffing, and administration
