Our **Support Centre**, located in Milton, provides specialist advice to our services in areas such as finance, human resources, corporate communications, information technology as well as clinical governance.
**About the role**:
The role of Receptionist is based at our Support Centre in Milton where you will provide excellent customer service as the first point of call for the organisation. Pivotal to your success in this position is your ability to work autonomously and conduct a variety of tasks. Reporting to the Executive Officer you will consult and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
**This is a permanent, full time opportunity. Hours are Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm daily and is based on site at Milton.**
**You will**:
- Provide proactive, high-level reception and administration support
- Have excellent time management skills
- Above average Customer Service skills
- Coordinate deliveries and supplies
- Phone handling of incoming phone calls, deliveries and messages
- Provide onboarding services for new staff
- Authorise and process invoices
- Travel bookings assistance
- Provide onboarding support
- Have sound knowledge of all Microsoft Office suite products
- Certificate III in Business Administration or similar highly regarded
- Form strong relationships with internal stakeholders
