**As a Lead Educator, you will**:

- Lead a team of Educators whilst focusing on individual development and mentoring in the education, care and supervision of each child.
- Have an ability to work collaboratively with fellow Educators to develop and implement inspirational educational programs.
- Create a friendly, secure, and stimulating interactive learning environment.
- Nurture and develop our team members so they confidently contribute to our children's learning.
- Develop trusting and honest relationships with children, families, colleagues, management and community stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with EYLF and NQS are met or exceeded.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education or 'actively working towards'.
- Current Blue Card.
- Current First Aid & CPR (HLTAID004) Certificate.
- Current Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificate.
- Prior experience as a Lead Educator is desirable.

Edge Early Learning Milton provides quality childcare and educational programs for children 6 weeks to school age. The custom designed centre features 3 levels of modern learning spaces filled with state-of-the-art resources and spacious outdoor play areas equipped with veggie gardens, sandpits, water-play stations and more Our wonderful indoor/outdoor environment ensures outdoor play and communal mealtimes are never impacted by the weather.
