An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Support Coordinator to join Service Stream in our Collins Street office.
About the Role
Service Stream's Telecommunications division are currently seeking a Project Support Coordinator to join our growing company.
Nature of position: Permanent, Full Time
Location: Collins Street, VIC (Open to other capital cities)
Reporting Line: Operations Manager
Key Responsibilities
This role is responsible for contributing to the profitability and growth of Service Stream by assisting the Operations and Maintenance PMO with the coordination and/or management of material stock on hand and other operational processes in an efficient and professional manner while adhering to relevant statutory legislation and Service Stream's Policies and Procedures
- Assist Field Supervisors and technicians with material related queries and issues
- Work with NBN on resolution of materials consumption discrepancies and other ad hoc issues
- Issue notification of outstanding materials consumptions to technicians
- Assist technicians with placing orders on ad hoc basis
- Monitor material usage and stock on hand level and follow up with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance to NBN and SSL policies and procedures
- Coordinate nil consumption and technician offboarding returns, including issuing return notifications and following up with NBN for processing in NBN systems
- Respond to stock on hand queries from key internal stakeholders
- Issue overdue order pickup notices to technicians and coordinate for prompt action by technicians
- Assist with stocktake management by contacting technicians to ensure compliance, and with investigation and remediation of variance
- Complete other administrative adhoc tasks as required
About You
To be successful in this role, you will display a high level of self-motivation and initiative with a strong customer focus and service delivery ethic. You will also demonstrate and possess the following:
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Experience working autonomously with demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed targets
- Ability to manage and prioritise own workloads under pressure
- Excellent communication skills - oral and written
- Consistently provide a high standard of work with attention to detail and high level of numeracy
- Personal professionalism
