Project Support Coordinator

Opportunity to support a Transformation Manager in delivering key projects.
A Junior Project Coordinator/Executive Assistant role is available to assist with administrative tasks, scheduling meetings and events, developing documentation, and supporting project managers.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of administration experience, demonstrable experience using Teams and Microsoft Suite, and exceptional stakeholder management skills. They will also possess high-level time management skills, strong communication skills, and be highly motivated and self-driven.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the Transformation Manager with daily tasks and projects
- Coordinating meetings, room bookings, and maintaining schedules
- Developing detailed documentation templates and handbooks
- Identifying stakeholders and providing support as required
Key requirements include:
- At least 2 years' experience as an administrator or coordinator
- Demonstrable experience with Teams and Microsoft Suite
- Excellent stakeholder management and client relationship skills
- High-level time management and prioritization skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly motivated and self-driven with a positive attitude
