About the Role
We are seeking a professional and compassionate Administration Officer to join our newly established Theranostics Centre in Hollywood, WA.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of a cutting-edge facility delivering molecular imaging and targeted cancer therapies.
As the first point of contact for patients and referrers, you'll play a vital role in ensuring a seamless and supportive experience for all stakeholders.
You'll provide high-level administrative support to medical practitioners and contribute to the smooth coordination of imaging and treatment services.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist patients and visitors with professionalism and empathy.
Coordinate patient appointments and ensure timely preparation for imaging and treatment.
Manage reception duties, patient records, and billing processes.
Liaise with internal teams and external partners including hospitals, referrers, and allied health providers.
Support consultant practices with scheduling, correspondence, and documentation.
Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and uphold WHS standards.
About You
You'll be a proactive team player with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service in a healthcare setting.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional, friendly manner in person and over the phone.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Teams.

Desired:
Completion of a Medical Receptionist Course or equivalent experience.
3+ years in medical/clinical administration.
Experience in medical imaging, nuclear medicine, or oncology.
Knowledge of medical terminology and billing procedures.
