Medical Office Administrator Job Description

This role involves providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the smooth operation of our clinics.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Meet and greet patients with a professional demeanor, ensuring they feel welcome and at ease.
  • Greet patients, collect medical details, and process their claims in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with specialists and staff to facilitate assessments and patient care.
  • Finalize correspondence regarding patient care and follow-up appointments.

We seek an individual with strong customer service skills, high professionalism, and excellent communication abilities. As a team player, you must be able to multitask, prioritize tasks, maintain attention to detail, and exhibit good organizational and time management skills.

A comprehensive understanding of computer software, particularly Microsoft Office programs, is essential for this role.
