Job Profile:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced consolidator with unmatched M&A environment. The Senior Tax Manager will oversee corporate income and indirect tax compliance for subsidiaries in Australia, New Zealand and Asia.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, review and sign corporate income tax returns and supporting workpapers.
Manage indirect taxes and collaborate with external advisors.
Calculate current and deferred income taxes under local GAAP and US GAAP.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Australian and New Zealand tax laws, including M&A tax and exposure to Southeast Asian countries.
Requirements:
Strong tax knowledge and experience.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with other departments.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
This role requires a tax professional looking to challenge themselves in a fast-paced environment and advance their career in industry.
