Job Profile:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced consolidator with unmatched M&A environment. The Senior Tax Manager will oversee corporate income and indirect tax compliance for subsidiaries in Australia, New Zealand and Asia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, review and sign corporate income tax returns and supporting workpapers.
  • Manage indirect taxes and collaborate with external advisors.
  • Calculate current and deferred income taxes under local GAAP and US GAAP.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Australian and New Zealand tax laws, including M&A tax and exposure to Southeast Asian countries.

Requirements:
  • Strong tax knowledge and experience.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with other departments.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
