**About the Role**

We are seeking a motivated and values driven industry professional to join our Employment division as a Branch Leader. In this role you will provide leadership, mentoring, training and support to our site-based employees as they assist jobseekers to further develop their employment related skills and to obtain secure sustainable employment.

Your key responsibilities are
- Provide support to the Business Manager and Regional Manager, ensuring the site is managed appropriately on a day to day basis
- Manage a high performing team across the DES contract, keeping up to date with contractual obligations and changes
- Provide positive, solution focused and supportive style of leadership as you mentor and guide your team to deliver a high level of performance and success
- Support your team and drive performance to achieve sustainable employment outcomes for jobseekers
- Ensure government standards and contractual obligations are met within the site

**About You**
- Minimum 2 years' experience in an employment services environment
- DES experience and knowledge is preferred
- Team leader experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to drive performance with a strong focus on compliance
- Strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills
- Proven and effective problem-solving skills
