About the Role

We have a new opening for a full-time counter & retail salesperson in our Toowoomba (QLD) office. You will be part of a dedicated service team responsible for the daily operation of our branch.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide excellent customer service skills, which are a must.
- Counter sales & collection
- Picking, packing and warehouse duties
- Inbound phone sales
- Entering orders
- Providing customers with quotations
- Supporting sales representatives
- Offering technical product support and advice
- Following up on our in-house marketing initiatives

The ideal candidate will have positive, can-do attitudes, eagerness to learn, friendly and dynamic personalities, solid work ethic, intermediate computer skills, ability to learn new programs and navigate multiple systems, exceptional presentation & telephone manner, and self-motivated nature.
