Job Title: Branch Leader

We are seeking a motivated industry professional to join our Employment division as a Branch Leader.

In this role, you will provide leadership, training, and support to our site-based employees as they assist jobseekers in developing their employment-related skills and obtaining sustainable employment.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Providing support to the Business Manager and Regional Manager, ensuring the site is managed appropriately on a day-to-day basis.
  • Managing a high-performing team across the contract, keeping up to date with contractual obligations and changes.
  • Providing positive, solution-focused, and supportive leadership as you mentor and guide your team to deliver a high level of performance and success.
  • Supporting your team and driving performance to achieve sustainable employment outcomes for jobseekers.
  • Ensuring government standards and contractual obligations are met within the site.

About You:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in an employment services environment.
  • Experience and knowledge in DES are preferred.
  • Team leader experience is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive performance with a strong focus on compliance.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven problem-solving skills.
