We're partnering with a leading global publishing and distribution organisation to recruit an IT Support professional for their modern warehouse and distribution centre in Tuggerah Business Park.
This is an initial 6-month fixed-term contract, covering a key team member's leave.

You'll get the opportunity to support the sitesIT networks, infrastructure, firewalls, and ERP systemsthrough towarehouse operational techsuch as conveyor belts, RF scanners, label printers, CCTV systems and more

6-month fixed term contract
Immediate start at Tuggerah Business Park, Central Coast
Collaborative and supportive team environment
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure smooth operation ofwarehouse technologyincluding conveyor belts, RF devices, label printers, and CCTV/security systems.
PerformERP/server administration and system monitoringto support business-critical applications.
Monitor and troubleshootIT networks, firewalls, and infrastructureto minimise downtime.
Conduct preventative checks and provide rapid incident response for critical systems.
Set up, configure, and relocate IT equipment (Level 2 support).
Provide responsive IT support for staff, escalating where required.
Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, resolutions, and system updates.
Key Skills Required:
Proven IT support experience (Level 1-2), ideally in adistribution, warehouse, or MSP environment.
Strong troubleshooting skills acrossoperational technology, end-user devices, and warehouse systems.
Working knowledge ofWindows environments, Active Directory, networking basics, and ERP systems.
Proactive, self-sufficient, and comfortable being "boots on the ground."
Excellent communication skills to support users in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Acan-do attitude, with flexibility to adapt and solve problems across diverse technologies.
