Job Opportunity

We are partnering with a leading global organisation to recruit an IT professional for their modern warehouse and distribution centre.

Detailed Responsibilities:
  • Ensure seamless operation of warehouse technology including conveyor belts, RF devices, label printers, and CCTV/security systems.
  • Administer ERP/server systems and perform monitoring to support critical business applications.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot IT networks, firewalls, and infrastructure to minimise downtime.
  • Conduct regular checks and provide prompt incident response for critical systems.
  • Set up, configure, and relocate IT equipment (Level 2 support).
  • Provide responsive IT support for staff, escalating where necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of incidents, resolutions, and system updates.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in IT support (Level 1-2), preferably in a distribution, warehouse, or MSP environment.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across operational technology, end-user devices, and warehouse systems.
  • Working knowledge of Windows environments, Active Directory, networking fundamentals, and ERP systems.
  • Proactive, self-sufficient, and comfortable working independently.
  • Excellent communication skills to support users in a fast-paced environment.
  • A can-do attitude, with flexibility to adapt and solve problems across diverse technologies.
