Technology Analyst Role

We are seeking a motivated Technology Analyst to join our team. This role will involve providing technical support and analysis across our Technology environment, including application support, process improvement initiatives, system administration, and functional analysis.

The successful candidate will have excellent time management and problem-solving skills, with a strong understanding of various applications. Experience using Technology One or ELMO products is highly valued.

  • Provide top-notch customer service to end users
  • Investigate and resolve issues and coordinate with internal and vendor support teams
  • Develop an understanding of business capabilities and processes supported by the application catalogue
  • Identify, document, and prioritize improvement opportunities across people, process, and technology spectrums
  • Review, align, and administer delegations, functional, and data access model
  • Collate and share knowledge base of common queries and issues
