Osteon Medical is a designer and manufacturer of pioneering and innovative dental implants. We have seen continued rapid growth and we're looking for an Inventory Administrator with a strong focus on inventory control and dispatch who's looking for an opportunity to grow into a management role and lead this team.

In this role, you will be required to coordinate orders and deliveries, perform regular inventory audits and analysis, and forecast inventory requirements to ensure consistent stock levels. You will have ownership and accountability in determining the sufficient flow of inventoried product shipment to our customer base.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Monitoring inventory levels and replenishing stock as needed
- Maintaining precise inventory controls, ensuring all stock counts are accurate and up to date
- Liaising and negotiating with vendors and suppliers to ensure the quality of stock purchases
- Coordinating purchase orders and the logistics of stock transfers, deliveries, tagging, and processing
- Forecasting supply and demand requirements to ensure stock availability including regular stock checks and reporting any issues to the management team.
- Generating purchase and pricing reports, supply chain analysis and setting up new products in the accounting software.
- Maintaining and updating records of purchase orders, pricing reports, and inventory records.

**About You**

You have excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise your workload. You thrive in a fast paced environment and you're keen to learn new things. You'll bring with you:

- Minimum of 2 years experience in a warehousing, logistics, inventory or similar role
- Dental product experience would be a plus
- Excellent knowledge of MYOB including inventory control
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good analytical and logístical thinking abilities
- Experience in inventory management and/or accounting software
- Qualification in supply chain and/or accounting would be beneficial
