Inventory Manager

The role of Inventory Manager is pivotal in our supply chain operations.

This position ensures the seamless flow and management of inventory, including receipt, storage, and dispatch.

Maintaining compliance with OH&S and quality standards while working collaboratively within a team environment is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receiving and inspecting goods to ensure they meet delivery standards.
  • Efficiently dispatching and transferring stock.
  • Safeguarding inventory accuracy through proper storage and rotation methods.
  • Maintaining accurate records to prevent shortages and delays.
  • Coordinating with procurement and warehouse teams.
  • Assisting with inventory counts and postings.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience managing inventory systems.
  • Proficiency in ERP software, preferably SAP.
  • Proven ability to manage relationships across production, planning, and warehouse operations.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and administration skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced food manufacturing facility.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • A collaborative team player.
