Penrith Panthers has an opportunity for an energetic and versatile customer service professional to join their friendly Panthers team.

We are looking for an energetic team leader with a welcoming smile to deliver excellent service to our members and guests at our **Kelly's Cafe** while managing the day-to-day operations on a full-time basis. Thriving in a fast-paced team environment. You will lead, motivate and develop the team and inspire them to deliver an exceptional customer experience while also ensuring a clean and safe environment.

**Your Main Duties and Responsibilities will include, however are not limited to**:

- Maintaining high levels of customer service at all times;
- Taking customer orders and cash handling;
- Food and beverage service including, barista, desserts and basic food preparation including making sandwiches and plating food;
- General cleaning duties including maintaining floor cleanliness including table clearing, glass and plate collection;
- Daily shift and staff management;
- Ordering and effective replenishment of products;
- Assisting and resolving employee and customer enquiries;
- Completing Daily Shift Reports;
- Daily cash reconciliation and processing;
- Ensuring the comfort and wellbeing of members and guests by ensuring all WHS requirements are being met at all times;
- Ensuring the success and cohesion of the team;
- Adhering to Panthers policies, procedures and legislative requirements;
**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- Previous 2 years' experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality café industry;
- Fantastic written and verbal communication skills;
- An energetic and enthusiastic approach to your work;
- A proven track record for providing exceptional customer service;
- RSA and RCG Certificates or willing to obtain;
- High standard of personal grooming and;
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to problem solve.

You will be required to be flexible and reliable as you will need to be available from **6:30am to 9:30pm** to work as required including nights, weekends and public holidays.
