**Production Manager**
- $110k - 125k + super (Negotiable based on experience)
- Night Shift 7pm - 3am
- Located in Braeside

**About Us**

With Head Office based in Camberwell, manufacturing in Braeside this business offers a variety of food products for their 18 retail shops that consist of pastries, breads, cakes, and sweets.

Reporting to the Factory Manager you will have the opportunity to be involved in a broad range of food products supplied to the retail shops around Melbourne or the wholesale market across Australia or overseas. This role requires you to lead a team and ensure that all deadlines and production expectations are met with the drive to make the factory and the employees excel in their areas.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Supervise department managers and manage performance
- Train, lead, and mentor a team within a manufacturing environment
- Maintain appropriate stock and inventory levels of all production materials
- Understanding of health & safety, quality assurance and production requirements
- Communicate with internal members daily to achieve required outcomes
- Produce quality products to ensure full support from sales, office to production

**Experience & Qualification**
- Experience in food manufacturing at a management level
- Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to plan ahead
- Enthusiastic leader who is self-motivated that has a passion for food
- Fantastic communication skills and an ability to coach, lead and train staff
