Melbourne, Victoria, Australia Precision MGMT Full time $60,000 - $80,000 per year

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Receivable:

  • Review and push out invoices through Talent Management software, Syngency.
  • Manage and reconcile accounts receivable
  • Timely collection of accounts receivable, including overdue review.

Accounts Payable:

  • Prepare weekly expense payments for actioning by the accountant
  • Process accounts payable, including:
  • Review and process supplier forms.
  • Manage and process purchase order (PO) forms.
  • Ensure accurate and timely payment of supplier invoices.

Email and General Enquiry Management:

  • Monitor and respond, in a timely manner to accounts email inquiries received, includes internal and external requests, to internal Slack channel communications

Bookkeeping:

  • Bookkeeping of financial transactions in Xero
  • Maintain accurate and organised financial records
  • Assist Company accountant with reporting requests
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of financial processes and procedures
  • Assist with other financial and/or operational tasks as required

Payroll:

  • Put together weekly tracking excel in preparation for weekly payroll
  • Preparing weekly payroll within Xero for review
  • Preparing Superannuation payment within Xero for review
  • Sending payslip/remittances via Xero
  • Assisting with Talent Onboarding/Set Up
  • Assisting with Staff Onboarding/Set Up
  • Processing internal Annual Leave and Sick Leave requests

Key Selection Criteria

  • Experience with bookkeeping and reconciliation processes
  • Understanding of Payroll
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with in a small team
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity when handling financial information
  • Proficiency in Xero, Xero Payroll, Dext
  • Prior experience in Syngency (desirable)
  • Experience within the Talent Management field (desirable)

Role Details

32 hours per week, spread across 5 days

Precision MGMT team works across Melbourne and Sydney offices

Upon successful integration, 2 days per week working from home can be organised

Qualifications:

Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Bookkeeping (or equivalent experience)
