An exciting opportunity presents for an experienced and motivated Bookkeeper / Accounts Officer to join their close knit team on a permanent basis.
Position Description With team fit and culture a priority, the business is seeking an experienced and motivated Bookkeeper to join their team on a full time basis.
You will be responsible for but not limited to the following duties: Payroll for 300+ employees Payment of superannuation and tax Processing new starters, terminations and payroll adjustments Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Bank reconciliations Month end reporting Develop and foster positive relationships with internal and external customers Complete various reporting duties Provide support to the wider finance team where required Ideal Candidate Previous experience in a similar all round accounts position with end to end payroll experience Strong technical knowledge with a passion for understanding core financial principals and delivering a high quality of service Ability to confidently work autonomously, as well as act as a team player to operate collaboratively Honest, reliable and dedicated worker Excellent verbal and written communication Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines Superior attention to detail and ability to multi-task Additional Benefits Job security in a full-time permanent role Office located close to home in Somerton (Melbourne's North)Onsite parking Mentorship & career development Attractive remuneration (circa $80,000 - $85,000 + super)Join a growing national business as soon as you are able Supportive working environment How To Apply To apply online, please click on the appropriate link below.
