Our personal injury division provides services through federal and state-based Workers Compensations, Motor Accident Schemes and Life Insurance.

The role:
**Position purpose**:

- Conducts clinical assessments to determine worker and employer needs to recover at and return to work.
- Develops plans to guide and implement a recovery at work plan in collaboration with relevant parties.
- Seeks endorsement, implements, monitors and reviews rehabilitation plans to achieve a recovery at work.
- Determines service closure at the most appropriate time, in collaboration with all stakeholders.
- Engages in craft specific single assessments and ongoing services, such as: vocational assessments, ADL assessments, FCE assessment and ergonomic assessments.
- Facilitates a return to life in non-workers' compensation-based schemes.
- Contributes to targeted customer and product growth, within specialty areas.
- Provides coaching, training, supervision and quality support and/or has oversight of other consultants, in collaboration with Team Manager.

**What will make you successful**:

- Current unrestricted registration or membership with the relevant industry body (AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC/RCAA or AASW)
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling, Nursing, Osteopathy or Social Work
- Approx 3-5 years prior professional Occupational Rehabilitation experience
- Experience in injury management, employment and/or disability services is desirable along with Comcare accreditation
- Ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams to support the achievement of a common goal
- Passion to help people rehabilitate
