Our team is made up of highly experienced consultants across two Australian branches located in Sydney (CBD Barangaroo) and the Gold Coast, along with international offices in the Philippines and Ireland.

The role:

Our Aged Care division has reached an exciting phase in our growth and are now seeking another experienced Aged Care Recruitment Consultant to join our Perm team.

The position involves managing the permanent recruitment of various positions with Residential Aged Care Facilities including both Clinical and Non-Clinical Staffing.

We are looking for someone with experience in the sector who is keen to join a very warm desk with an excellent industry reputation, and holds the drive and ability continue to build on our existing relationships and make the desk your own.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years' experience in Aged Care Recruitment within Australia
  • Autonomously driven
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build ongoing client and candidate relationships
  • Someone who cares about their colleagues as much as themselves
