GippsDairy, a regional arm of Dairy Australia, is seeking a Project Support Coordinator for a fixed term of 12 months, to provide essential administration, finance, communications, and project support to ensure the smooth operation of our office and regional initiatives.
As the Project Support Coordinator, you'll be the backbone of the GippsDairy team—supporting project delivery, coordinating office systems, and ensuring everything runs efficiently behind the scenes. This is a varied and fast-paced role that requires exceptional attention to detail, strong time management, and a collaborative mindset.
You'll work closely with the Regional Manager and team members to support planning, reporting, communications, and stakeholder engagement, contributing directly to the success of GippsDairy's programs and events.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and project support across GippsDairy initiatives.
- Coordinate office systems, finance tasks, and support the annual audit process.
- Assist with communications, event planning, and stakeholder engagement.
- Maintain accurate records and reporting to support regional planning and performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality service.
About you
To be successful in this role you will bring the following:
- Strong organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and work both independently and in a team.
- Basic understanding of finance and accounting principles.
- A positive, adaptable attitude and willingness to learn across multiple areas.
- Experience in administration, business, or project coordination (qualification desirable).
- High attention to detail and a genuine passion for supporting people and projects.
