**About the company**
A leader in their industry, this FMCG group's Sustainability Team is entering an exciting period of growth as the organization prepares to launch an innovative new project. They are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator or Junior Project Manager to join their team and support the delivery of this project.

**Duties**
- Provide administrative support to the Sustainability Team on key projects and strategies
- Schedule and manage tasks for different members and stakeholders
- Capture and distribute meeting minutes and key outputs
- Maintain project documentation including project trackers, Gantt charts, and action registers
- Coordinate data inputs for project reporting and key stakeholder sessions
- Serve as a liaison and point of contact for key stakeholders, both internal and external to the business

**Skills and Experience**
- Demonstrated experience in a Project Coordinator or Junior Project Manager role
- Strong organizational skills, including multi-tasking and time management
- Experience with project governance, including meeting coordination, progress reporting, and business updates
- Excellent communication skills, adaptable to different audiences both internal and external
- Experience working with Not for Profit, Community, and/or Sustainability teams
- High attention to detail; able to identify risks, issues, and dependencies
