Service Delivery Team Leader

This full time role reports to the Workforce Manager Community and is a key leadership role for our frontline service delivery staff. Based in the southern region, overseeing the southern Support Worker team.

**The role**:

- Mentoring, coaching and supervision of staff
- Team training and development initiatives
- People management, recruitment, induction and onboarding
- Ensure the team perform their role in accordance with legislative requirements
- Drive and contribute to a customer centric organisation that ensures the customer is at the heart of ACH Group
- Management of customer complaints and escalations relating to your team
- Responsive to staff requests for assistance
- Actively contribute to the effectiveness of the service delivery leadership team to achieve organisational objectives, goals and outcomes

**About You**

Strong desire to develop into a leadership career, in addition to:

- Studying towards Certificate IV in Leadership & Management or a similar business discipline and / or demonstrated experience in a similar role would be highly desired
- Demonstrated experience leading people
- Experience in complaint resolution
- Outstanding communication skills and ability to build positive working relationships with internal stakeholders, peers and direct reports
- Skills to be able to use MS Office at an intermediate/advanced level; MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word
- Skills to use a range of databases and capacity to learn software systems quickly
- As this role requires travel within Adelaide, please note that a drivers licence is a must.
