Job Opportunity

This role is a key leadership position within our frontline service delivery operations, situated in the southern region and overseeing the southern Support Worker team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mentor, coach, and supervise staff members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Develop and implement team training initiatives to drive growth and development.
  • Manage personnel, recruitment processes, induction programs, and onboarding procedures.
  • Evaluate team performance and ensure compliance with relevant legislative requirements.
  • Contribute to a customer-centric organisation that prioritises customer satisfaction.
  • Address customer complaints and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Provide support and assistance to staff members as needed.
  • Participate in the effectiveness of the service delivery leadership team to achieve organisational objectives.

About You:

  • Strong desire to develop into a leadership career.
  • Currently studying or have completed a Certificate IV in Leadership & Management or similar business discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience leading people and resolving conflicts.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build positive working relationships.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Able to learn software systems quickly and use various databases.
  • Valid driver's licence.
