Previous experience in a similar role leading in a fast paced and large scale/multiple venue environment
A lead by example approach – set and maintain a high professional standard by displaying pride in your work and making yourself accountable for the outcome
Exceptional communication skills, celebrating the wins and ensuring everyone has a voice
A strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills always driving business performance
Strong hands-on leadership skills, motivating, inspiring and developing team members
Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
A sound knowledge of HACCP and a safety-first mindset
A demonstrated ability to identify opportunities for business growth and innovation, empowering your team to do the same
