We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Executive Chef Lead to join our team at Pullman Sydney Olympic Park.

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity to lead a dynamic and supportive team environment, delivering exceptional guest experiences in a 5-star hotel setting.

As Executive Chef Lead, you will be responsible for managing food preparation and production, ensuring that innovative and inspired dishes exceed guest expectations.

You will work closely with the senior chefs and restaurant leads to design menus for special offerings, drive training and growth of kitchen team members, and maintain high standards of hygiene to meet Health & Safety regulations and HACCP food preparation guidelines.

Requirements
  • Current experience as a highly skilled Junior Sous Chef or Chef de Partie in a hotel setting.
  • A confident leader who adapts to situations and can work across any section when required.
  • Creative and passionate about elevating the guests' dining experience.
  • Relevant trade and food safety qualifications.
  • Solid knowledge of food trends, HACCP standards and procedures.
  • Able to work on a rotating roster that includes weekends and public holidays.
  • Full work rights in Australia.
