Permanent full time opportunity to assist in the management of all the Patient Support Services Caboolture Hospital ensuring that an effective and efficient service is maintained.
About you
- Comprehensive knowledge of cleaning, porterage and patient assistance services as applicable to a large health facility including maintaining quality management standards.
- Ability to coordinate, lead & manage floor based teams in the practice of continuous quality improvement, in meeting appropriate standards and achieving benchmarks in a large organisation.
- Demonstrated knowledge and ability to effectively coordinate the resources of Patient Support Services, into an effective work unit in line with quality Human Management practices.
- High level of communication, negotiation, consultation and interpersonal skills in an environment of change and evolution.
- Demonstrated ability to operate with a high level of independence in a multi-Disciplinary team in the performance of day to day duties and to take initiative in situations not covered by existing policies and procedures.
