**Responsibilities**:

- Providing personal care to individuals with disabilities
- Supporting clients with daily living activities
- Implementing care plans and monitoring progress
- Assisting with mobility and transfers
- Engaging with clients in recreational and social activities
- Supporting clients in achieving their goals and objectives

**Requirements**:

- English as the first language is mandatory
- A Certificate III in Disability Support or relevant qualification is an advantage
- A valid driver's license is mandatory
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong inter-personal and communication skills
- A positive and empathetic approach

**Salary**: $31.00 - $65.00 per hour
