We are currently seeking a Female Support Worker with a passion for working with kids and adults to join our team. If you are patient, compassionate, and have experience working with disability, this could be the perfect role for you. Our organization offers an hourly rate starting at $32/hour and an opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of the young people we serve.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with personal care, behavioral support, and emotional support
- Create a safe and welcoming environment
- Engage in various activities that contribute to growth and development
- Communicate effectively with management around the care of clients

**Requirements**:

- A passion for working with disability
- Experience as a support worker is preferred
- Must have great patience and an excellent work ethic
- Set availability every Wednesday and Thursday from 08:00am to 04:00pm, and every second Saturday from 10:00am to 4:00pm with more hours available with other clients.
- Good communication, organization, and time management skills
- A working with children check
- Yellow Card

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: From $32.00 per hour
