We are currently seeking a Female Support Worker with a passion for working with people who need that little extra assistance. If you are patient, compassionate, and have experience working with disability, this could be the perfect role for you. Our organization offers an hourly rate starting at $33/hour and an opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of the young people we serve.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with personal care, travel, and emotional support
- Create a safe and welcoming environment
- Engage in various activities that contribute to growth and development
- Communicate effectively with management around the care of clients

**Requirements**:

- A passion for working with disability
- Experience as a support worker is preferred
- Must have great patience and an excellent work ethic
- Good communication, organization, and time management skills
- A working with children check
- Yellow Card

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: From $33.00 per hour
