We are a Gold Coast based disability support service provider, and we are looking for a Female Disability Support Worker to join our team. We are seeking a passionate and skilled individual who is experienced in providing support services to individuals with disabilities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Providing personal care services to clients, including bathing, grooming, and toileting.
- Providing assistance with household tasks such as cleaning, cooking, and laundry.
- Providing emotional support to clients and assisting with socialisation and community integration.
- Implementing creative and engaging activities to promote independence and wellbeing.
- Providing support to people with disabilities.

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrated experience working as a Disability Support Worker, specifically with children.
- Chinese cooking skills are highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with individuals with disabilities.
- A compassionate and caring nature.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility in working hours and shifts.
- A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, or be willing to obtain cert III through our provider.

**Salary**: $29.00 - $65.00 per hour

- Public holidays
- Shift work
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Robina QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
