Female Support Worker
Job Description:We are seeking a compassionate and patient female support worker to join our team.
The successful candidate will provide one-on-one support for clients with disabilities, assisting with daily living activities such as feeding, bathing, dressing, changing, and grooming.
She will also accompany clients to appointments and social outings, providing emotional support and helping them cope with change.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide individualized support to clients with disabilities.
- Assist with daily living activities including feeding, bathing, dressing, changing, and grooming.
- Accompany clients to appointments and social outings.
- Offer emotional support and assistance in coping with change.
- Experience working with people with disabilities.
- Ability to use initiative and problem-solve independently.
- Compassionate and patient with excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of disabilities and their impact on daily life.
- Willingness to learn new skills.
This is a casual position with varied shifts. The successful candidate must be available every second Saturday.
