**YOUR NEW ROLE**: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
The Accounts Payable Officer is responsible for the timely, accurate and efficient processing and subsequent settlement of all Local and Overseas invoices. The role is responsible for verifying and posting the accurate receipt and processing vendor payments of inventory and non-inventory across the network into the AP sub-ledger.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Process Invoices daily, including working with other stakeholders to verify any errors and post the invoices accurately in system and working with supplier and sourcing teams to ensure stock is invoiced at correct prices in AP sub-ledger.
- Complete monthly creditor reconciliations for all suppliers including commentary for all reconciling items.
- Be a positive, proactive member of the finance team assisting in projects/business improvement initiatives

**TO BE SUCESSFUL IN THE ROLE, YOU WILL REQUIRE**:

- Minimum 1-2 years accounts payable experience. Previous experience in the Retail industry would be beneficial.
- Previous experience using ERP system
- Qualifications in Account would be beneficial
- Basic/Intermediate Excel skills
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to multitask
- Highly developed communication skills
