**About the Role**

We're looking for someone with exceptional gaming industry knowledge who is ready to take that next step in their career and strengthen their skills in back of house gaming operations based at our flagship club Mounties, located in Mount Pritchard, on a full-time basis.

More specifically, your duties will include but are not limited to:

- Development and implementation of industry leading customer service standards and ensure all gaming staff are trained and adhere to Group Service Delivery Standards
- Driving a customer focused culture within the gaming team
- Coordination of RG and AUSTRAC Compliance including required reporting
- Consultation with People and Culture Department for the development of frontline gaming employees, addressing training needs, rostering requirements and performance management gaming resolve gaming related customer complaints
- Training and development of gaming staff across gaming floor, TAB and KENO
- Ongoing review of gaming function to support continuous improvement across the department
- Update training manuals, policies and procedures to support the evolving landscape to ensure ongoing development of our people
- Ensure currency with Gaming compliance, policy and risk

**About YOU**

To be successful for this role, you should have the following:

- Hold a current and valid NSW RSA, RCG and RG
- Proven knowledge and experience in:

- Gaming Operations
- Gaming Regulation and Compliance, particularly AUSTRAC and RG related legislation
- Gaming Product and Systems
- Creating gaming policy and procedures
- TAB and KENO
- Knowledge of Aristocrat S7000 (highly desirable)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse customer service measurement (e.g., gaming paging reports, response time, wait time, machine occupancy reports, POS system reports, finance data analysis, etc)
- Exceptional people management skills
- Excellent time management with strong attention to detail
- High level of professionalism with sensitivity to confidential issues
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure against multiple priorities
- Professionalism, understanding and sensitivity to confidential matters
- Capability of working both independently and in a team environment
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written), staff management and sound understanding of club operations knowledge
