You will be passionate about the gaming environment and have previous experience delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will work as part of a small team, driving our core value 'One Team', and be relied upon to deliver outcomes.

  • A current NSW RSA/RCG certificate is mandatory for this role.
  • Experience with gaming machines and troubleshooting is highly valued.
  • Exceptional personal presentation and customer service skills are essential.
