Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Gaming Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in gaming management and customer service.

The Role

Duties the Job Entails:

  • Operating electronic gaming machines, TAB and KENO systems
  • Managing cash handling processes, including bookkeeping and stock replenishment
  • Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive gaming experience for patrons
  • Coordinating motel reservations, check-ins, and serving food and beverages to guests
  • Receiving and responding to phone calls in a timely manner

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Residence in Australia with easy access to Two Wells
  • Valid driver's license, demonstrating ability to transport staff and manage vehicle
  • Fitness level: physically fit and healthy, enabling efficient movement around the premises
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective interaction with colleagues and customers
  • Extensive money handling experience, showcasing ability to manage financial transactions securely
  • RSA/RSG certification, verifying responsible service of alcohol and gambling practices
  • Basic/Advanced knowledge of electronic gaming systems, including technical understanding of equipment operation
  • Knowledge of TAB and KENO operations, ensuring seamless integration into existing gaming systems
