Penrith Panthers are seeking a passionate and professional individual to join their team as Game Operations Coordinator.

This role is pivotal in the organisation, involved in many facets of Rugby League Department. You will work with the Operations Manager to coordinate event facilitation and liaise with external suppliers for full execution.

Main Duties:

  • Coordinate game day operations including compliance with NRL guidelines;
  • Supervise and manage player appearances in line with NRL guidelines;
  • Organise and support club activities integrated into local community programs;
  • Facilitate Community programs;
  • Manage major events including run sheets and coordination of entertainment, food & beverage and security;
  • Assist with meetings with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Facilitate stand-alone matches for the venue and attend all events;
  • Debrief on pre and post major events;
  • Attend industry networking events to build relationships.

Requirements:

  • 3 years' experience in a similar role;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to manage multiple projects;
  • Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service;
  • Accurate cash handling skills;
  • Positive attitude and high work ethic;
  • High standard of personal grooming;
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work autonomously or in a team.
