**Your Key Responsibilities**:
- Recruit, train, and support interviewers, providing ongoing guidance with the assistance of Field Managers and internal project teams.
- Assist in managing workforce allocation, ensuring optimal interviewer coverage for each research project.
- Develop and enhance training materials and implement training for interviewers to ensure high-quality data collection.
- Maintain regular communication with project staff, management, and other field staff to ensure well-planned and managed projects.
- Manage field logistics and administrative tasks, including scheduling, onboarding/offboarding, training, and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with internal teams to oversee the production and distribution of field materials.
- Ensure accuracy and suitability of survey questionnaire, sample management procedures, and workflows impacting field operations.
- Identify operational improvement opportunities and promptly resolve any issues or queries.
