This Australian fintech organisation partners with leading international businesses to deliver projects and services nationwide. They pride themselves on their dynamic and fast-paced culture.

**About the Role**
As part of an established, capable HR team, you will be reporting to the Senior Manager, P&C Systems and Reporting as the initial contact for HR reporting for the business. Working with the Senior Manager and HR Business Partners and various stakeholders, you will be dealing with people related data to develop up to date reports and business insights, providing advice and ideas on what can be created within the HRIS to assist with rolling out initiatives.

**About You**
This is an excellent opportunity to combine your Human Resources and IT systems knowledge.

Ideally you will have some combination of:

- Experience as an HR or systems administrator
- Experience with HR reporting or from a generalist HR background
- Technical HRIS systems knowledge using reporting tools
- Demonstrated advanced skills in Excel including working with formulas and Pivot tables

This role will be a mix of working from the office in Sydney CBD and working from home.
